Your looks to be cut for the outside.
Honestly I think it's easier to tighten up the outside lines.
With that said your set up looks fine but I would flip the "t" around so a port will face straight up too the mc. Might need a slight tweak of the line to do so.

Yeah.. BUT the only thing that differs from inside or outside frame are the 2 lines that go from this point up to the MC... THESE line should stop at the INSIDE of the frame no matter what the other 2 do that go up from here... Although, I think youre right on it would be easier to work on with them running up the outside AND would be away from header heat... but you can check it out here
