Got this same 73+ setup including internal rod and all from a late 80's 2500 burb given to me over the weekend. Booster with the bracket riveted on. I can see how to make the adapter work to the firewall, but will I need the brake pedal setup from a donor truck or will this work with the existing pedal setup on my 71 c10 that didn't have power brakes originally equipped?

All you 'should' need to do is change the pedal ratio/pivot from where the manual brake rod is attached to the pedal arm to the position where it would be for power brakes, then you'll probably have to whip up a pedal rod or adjuster to adapt to the booster. If I'm wrong on this, someone please correct me.
