You're going to have to go through the hydraulic part of the brakes (master and wheel cylinders), after sitting this long. Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the atmosphere. If you haven't replaced the flex hoses, do that as well, while you are in there. You have a good basis for making a nice, solid truck! I've seen far worse made nice.
