Everything looks great. I have to comment that you've got a LOT of "stuff" cammed into the kick panel area especially since you still have the vents functional.

I've kept my vents too and also used a foot-applied parking brake. We had to cut the vent cover and re-weld it to allow the pedal to swing clear. I like your light and vent, can you tell me what they came from? I'm not sure I'll put my AC vent there but pretty sure I WILL put some kind of floor illumination - probably old fashioned half-chrome-shaded license plate lights.
