I see you figured out your inner/outer fender thing, but just for the future, I try to keep the whole front clip together unless there is a compelling reason to take it apart, I have gotten good at using leverage to take the whole thing on and off by myself.

In hindsight I think you're right. This is the first AD I've done and when I ordered the chassis I needed to get rid of the original one ASAP and make room so everything just came off! On the other hand, I have to trim the inner fenders around the new front suspension and I'm going to fill a number of holes in them and them get them blasted for paint or powder coat. Anyway, now that it's all apart I'm sure it will be a pain to get it all back on and aligned!
