This wasn't intended to offend anyone it was my opinion. the taller cab mounts or taller frame mounts are exactly what i was referring to? either way there is a substantial gap between the frame and cab floor. i contemplated going that way with my truck and I'm sure its probably less work in the long run but the original poster was asking for opinions.
