Re: 28 Model A

Still was a little bit chilly on the way into work, so i figured if the roof made it that much nicer to drive, roll up windows for the doors would just be the ultimate experience. So with that thought I placed an order at Snyder's for the window regulators, cranks, felts, and all the other stuff that applied and had the glass cut locally. Regretfully I didn't take any pics of the install, only this one after I was done, but you can kinda see the passenger side glass and the window cranks added. So with the window job out of the way, it was time to deal with the starter which was having a tough time cranking the engine after it had some heat in it. Took the failing unit apart and sure enough the brushes were pretty cooked. Local parts store actually had some fresh ones in stock so made a quick trip to grab those and what a difference it made, this starter cranks the hot engine with ease now!
