Yeah it was really pretty simple. Cut those welds, knock the center section out, clean up the welds, flip the center and hammer it back in w/ wood block at the backspace you want, true up, and weld. The most critical part of course is truing it up. I put it on the rear axle and spun it by hand and measured runout.
