The ferrules from the panels are folded over to secure them to the panel. I unfolded an example and it fit well on an OEM 72 door panel screw like that shown above. Unless unfolded the panel ferrule will not fit into the holes for the rear light trim screws. Once unfolded it fits fine. I'm a little uncertain as to what screw was OEM for the tail light trim but have a good idea.

I'll dig out the nos spacer/ferrule and compare with those from the blazer panels side by side. At this moment I believe the blazer panel example could be used as a substitute but with a little work to unfold the rolled inner edge.
