not sure about the engine side of it, but the control is the lower left knob on the bezel of this 70 K1500 burb
I suspect it looks much like a choke cable with a stop on a slotted gimbal on the throttle lever..
local ad, I looked at it and passed.. think it's sold, ad's gone anyways..
seems like they would be useful for pto equipped manual trans trucks but I guess you could use it for cruise..
