Someone broke the middle lever and rigged a flat piece of metal in it's place. I guess that is why they screwed the lo med high switch in the lighter hole. I understood it was non AC. That's why I was stating it hooks to the lever behind the controller.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
