Abstilutely. But insurance companies don't want to insure engines and stereo systems, really. And it's more complicated with engines because the assumption is the more expensive the engine, the more power it must make, and the more power the engine makes, the higher the chance of an accident.
So what you're kind of saying to them is "I've invested heavily in being high risk". I'm not saying that's true, just how it could be read.
