Been a while since my last post. Basically the truck has been sitting while I have been busy doing honey do's, working on the 68, and other life activities.
So I am selling the 454 and the turbo 400 to my neighbor, and I wanted to get it out so I can start putting in the Cummins. I have possibly come across another Cummins too. The second engine is in a running vehicle, but it has a damaged trans which is ok because the first one I bought was just rebuilt and has a better converter. So if I can get my hands on it I will throw it in the truck and get it running, then I can build my first engine into a much stronger than stock unit.
As you can see below I have pulled the grille assembly off so I can get the engine out easier. I plan on keeping it off until I get the Cummins placed in the engine bay.
