Thanks guys for all the comments, I feel that you are each my friend. I checked the SS website and the difference between taking SS now and in 8 months is $186, not $100. So I’m not going to file after all. With that decided, I’m going to start a job search, I might as well. For me this involves about a week of prep for the technical interviews. After the week is up, I’ll open my profile on dice.com and hopefully find something. If I don’t, I’ll take UI and take from,savings for the short fall. My wife is two years younger and we under her insurance so that’s not an issue yet. Wish me luck and thanks again for each of you that responded.
