Just talked to Ridetech. They said the holes should be offset towards the rear. My understanding is this would reduce the caster, moving the lower control arm back in relation to the upper. This seems backwards of what these trucks like. Don't they like more caster, moving the lower control arm forward in relation to the upper?

EDIT: I'm an idiot and not thinking clearly this Monday morning. Offsetting the holes towards the rear of the car will move the lower arm forward, this giving positive caster which is more gooder. I guess I was trying to think about this too hard.
