The curve was also a mile out I had to use sheet metal clamps to pull it and push it a half inch at a time. I literally spent hours getting it to fit.

It’s now fitted and the door gap and general alignment are great (if I do say so myself).

I’ve finished all of the welding on the floor repair. The repair panel is seamed up and all of the welds to the floor supports and rocker are done and dressed too. Time for the fender repairs
