Removing cab drip rail caulk

Everybody hates all the time and tedious work it is to really clean out the old drip rail caulk before shooting epoxy primer and resealing prior to paint . Put down the screw drivers , hammers and picks and grab an air powered windshield tool (used for cutting out old windshields) They vibrate at high speed and really cut right thru the old caulk and sealer that has been applied over the years , It cleans it right down to bare metal removing all of it and doesn't leave any damage to the metal , You can pick up an electric version from harbor freight for less than $40.00 and other than cleaning drip rails and cutting out windshield gaskets it works great removing old glue in door seals , undercoating and such prior to your repaint project . it will save you tons of time and aggravation
