I am going to keep replacing the bar as a last option. I am going to try and remove the old bushings first.
If I remove the U-bolt, then I might as well have kept the shock relocaters and used the coil-over shocks. The U-bolt was the main reason I returned the relocaters and went with different shocks. If removing the bushings ends up being a royal PITA, then I will replace the bar with the one you suggested.
