Thanks for the input. I figured out 4 are for lighting the panel and 1 is for Hi beams. I did have to flip a few bulbs to get the polarity correct. I flipped the ones that I couldn't figure out what they are, but I will attempt to flip them again and see if I can get them to light when I start the truck.
