There is a small O-ring seal inside the speedo adapter, some people will tell you to replace that and will be ok. Mine wasn't and I searched and found a replacement adapter that comes with the new O-rings. Installed and no more leak...The problem becomes where can you find one as they have been discontinued. I found mine here a few years ago
