Owner has a 71 Ford and my 72 Chevy K20 is 1/4" narrower at the tailgate width than his truck. My wheel well is wider- so it might fight- but would be tight..

Anyway- there are a number of people that he has already talked to about that rig, so he's going to give me a call back if it doesn't sell before the weekend. If it's available- the wife and I gonna drive the old rig over there and see if it fits Owner lives in a gorgeous area of Montana- near the Big Hole and Wisdom.

Unfortunately if that is the case- it ain't making its way to TX!

Aw, rub it in now! Ha. I hope you get it. And then drive to TX (and decide you don't really want it anymore about the time you're passing fort worth...)
