I ended up re-rebuilding my vent window assemblies because I had the special washers with the oval hole on the wrong side of the lower pivot. Simple mistake but a lot of BS to take everything back apart. While it was apart I replaced the weatherstripping too, it was the only things I hadn’t replaced the first time around. The new ones fit much better.

I got the glass in the drivers side door and discovered that the regulators I ordered are for a 60 to 66 truck, not sure how that happened but everything had to come apart again. The correct ones should be here mid week.
