Just the seal. At the time the truck was strictly a farm truck. Auto parts only had the seal and loctite.

I use it occasionally now but not a daily driver. So far have driven around 8-10K miles and no problems. If you can get the nut, that would be best. Your call. Just make sure you torque to specs - IIRC around 160 to 200 lbs. but not positive. Lots of info on the Jeep off road forums on it.
