Prices on smaller vintage camp trailers are nuts around here. I've had guys pull in the yard to check on the gutted out 15 footer I have for storage out in the back. I paid 50.00 for it with a clear title and had it in my name before towing it home. I'm going to do pretty much what Average Joe's dad did and build a new but vintage looking trailer on that frame. I bought a set of plans off Ebay a while back and bought a copy of the 1937 Popular mechanics shop notes off Ebay (unused original ) that has a set of trailer plans in it.

The book is full of 1937 tech items some that wouldn't fly these days like using a bottle of mercury to make a switch.
