Thanks for the great information and kind words! Glad to be a part of this Board...What is the SPID decal? The one attached to the glovebox inside cover? Yes, the tranny looks very different from the normal muncie units I am familiar with (see pic) I received a black plate with it said to be original on truck, but I don't know about that as I have heard trucks had "commercial" on them- Not really a big deal...

Thinking about the possibilty of adding power steering, but not sure. Haven't driven it yet!
