I was getting frustrated because the horn wouldn't work at all. I finally decided to walk away from it for a bit. That's when I remembered those steering column harness wires dangling (disconnected) under the dash.

haha glad I could inspire you to post an update, and thank you for doing the same over in my thread!
So what are the specs on your current wheels? they look pretty wide?
