That's most likely a Gen V block. They have specific requirements for head gaskets and no provision for a mechanical fuel pump. So, make sure you can get the head you want and it is compatible on a Gen V.
Make sure you aren't wanting to run a mechanical fuel pump as well. Personally, if I were building I would run a Mark IV 454 or find an L29 donor Vortec 7.4l.
