I won't argue your point as I know very little about this, however...

Truck smelled like gas in cab when I bought it.

I blocked everything off and pressure became a problem.

I drilled 2 holes in cap. Pressure gone, but the smell of gas was coming in the cab from the cap.

I ran the passenger side of the tank hose out of the cabin below the vehicle.

No smell at all now. None.

I will check into the numbers you supplied, but I'm looking for somthing custom looking, so I doubt stant will be the answer. Thanx!
