I believe the above muffler and tailpipe hangars are symmetrical so can fit either side, I don’t have personal knowledge though,
It it’s not clear the above muffler hangar held a strap which went all the way around the muffler.

I'm going with Livrat at this point because I know the ones I marked up on your pic are not what I have on my truck - at least the (1) original that is still there is like the Livrat pic
