your changing the 2 points of measure in the radius of a arc swing .
when when you go up/down its 1 set of specs . then you flip the axle over the leaf spring or us 4x4 guys lift the suspension via a block with a off set pin hole or shackle flip it moves the arc piviot point and the axle in relation .
its not a tone of change but its there and adds up .
