Well that’s that. Only thing left is to box it all in and plate the outside of the frame.i didn’t prepare well and don’t have any 3/16th plate at home.

I did get the rough cut templates ready to go so i can cut everything as soo. As i get the plate home this week.

I don’t normally grind welds but needed this smooth for the frame plates so welded out side and on the inside and left the full weld on the inside.

There is also a 1/4 gusset that runs along the entire angled cut and ties everything together internally.
