Yes, if you dont have exhaust, then the oxygen sensors wont work, but then they shouldn't be doing anything until they warm up anyway, and I didnt think you let it run that long? They wouldn't make the idle that high though. The port for the brake booster is at the back of the intake on the left side (drivers side).
