I have a load equalizing hitch on my truck that makes it so that the rear is actually higher when towing, to transfer some weight onto the front springs. This truck doesn't have that, plus it looks a bit overloaded with all the stuff on the roofs and who knows what else inside.

I think there may be some more serious events from looking at the pictures. This is clearly a 3 bedroom home masquerading as a Classic Chevy truck with a camper and a trailer. I feel bad for all parties involved including the truck.
