It weighs about 40# and just barely misses fitting in a large flat rate box.

I just put your zip in UPS ground and it is coming up at about $30 to ship ups.

The blade assembly needs to be taken off and polished up.it has some surface rust from sitting but it still punches fairly well. It leaves a little bit of a ragged edge due to the rust but i think it will polish up fine. I grabbed a pc of 040 aluminum this morning and just did a few punches so you can see. I slid a pc of paper behind the blade for the 1st pic trying to show the blade a bit better
