I know this is an old thread but I stumbled upon it looking for ideas for a headache rack on my 79 crew cab.

And now I want to throw up after reading it.

That truck was killer. The original dude that started the build was kind of a tool but to let the truck go after all that and have it end up painted burnt orange on 24s is awful.
