I mean who in their right mind tries to rebuild these things!

Actually, cut the roof and back panel off the junker so if I need more patches when I get back to the 54. Cut what was left in 1/2 so I can load it in the back of the truck Monday and haul it to scrap so I can have more room in the shop.

I did get the bed assembled and the new square tubing cross sills cut and drilled. I have a friend coming over Tuesday and we are going to set the bed on the frame and see how it fits. I also pounded out some of the dents in the running boards. A lot of effort, but not a lot of show.
