Tuff Country is a highly regarded suspension lift kit manufacturer - specifically, their EZ-ride line. They come in 2"-6" lifts. I've read a lot of good things about ride quality from members with the EZ-ride kits. I personally have their 4" EZ-ride kit but I've yet to complete my truck enough to do a test drive.
You could also contact Deaver Springs Inc as they can make you custom springs better ride quality in mind.
A set of good shocks (bilstein, fox, king) and quality tires can do wonders too.
