Thumbs up Re: Daughters 68 step...

Went and picked this short frame up today for $800.00.

Lowered 2" up front 4" out back. Power steering, disc brakes up front. 12 bolt rear end haven't checked the gear set yet. Both front and rear have been drilled for 5 on 5 and 5 on 4.75. So I can use car wheels are truck wheels. Right now it has the studs for the car wheels installed. Has dual exhaust already ran.
Got the aluminum intakes cleaned up and bought a 3 spoke wood steering wheel for $85.00 for it.
My new rear frame rail 20 gallon gas tank showed up today also. Plus new front trim.
I pressure washed the frame tonight and will degrease it good in the morning then hit it again with the pressure washer and start running fuel lines and brake lines. Getting the tank installed and getting the motor in.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
