Did you remove any wiring? I don't remember what my stock wiring was like, but typically power comes from the battery, to the starter solenoid, then to some sort of disconnect which then feeds the fuse panel inside the truck.

Unless you or the previous owner removed something, that wiring should still be in place, except you'll have to reconnect on the LS starter solenoid. If you're trying to hook up your LS harness with the original wiring, you'll have to build or buy a prefabbed relay/fuse assembly to power the LS.
