You arent gong to believe this but the problem was rediculously simple. The last thing I did was remove kill switches and reinstall ground line. After that I went to hook up the charger and the damn positive terminal cracked in half. I had checked it for tightness by hand at least half a dozen times and it never moved.

New positive terminal and she fired right up.
