What regulator are you using?
I'll have a gen 5 gas pedal from a silverado you're welcome to if you want it. I needed a pedal with no offset so I got one from a 2012 Malibu and will make an adapter bracket.
I'm using a corvette style regulator. Its cheap, maintains 58 psi and sends the rest back to the tank.
