Or maybe some 1/8 to 1/4 inch rod bent in a circle , fitted inside once the clip ring is removed and edge of hubcap is then rolled over the rod and tacked in place.
Have to see if the clip cap fits well in the center of a nub wheel , might be possible to just ad clips to the rim.
What exact rim are you wanting to use Tchevs ?
