A resonator in front of the muffler will kill the drone. I did this on my dodge ram with a super 40 flowmaster and a jones resonator. I have zero drone. On my 58 i plan on using black widow mufflers,which have very little if any drone. Currently the 58 has 2 flowmasters dumped before the axle and they drone enough.
