Thanks for the information about the smaller starter. I have headers on my truck and when I need to replace the starter, I'm going to use one of those. I thought that you needed to use those plates on the inside of the doors to install those mirrors. I see that if you have one of those fancy tools, you can use those inserts and they seem to work fine.
