I just called American Classic has the same tri-fecta that keep me rolling the dice on insurance: mileage restrictions, personal garage requirement, and 2 car requirement.

To further my list of options to save folks time:
Grundy - the trifecta
Progressive Classic/Hagerty - the trifecta
American Classic - the trifecta
Progressive - stated value
State Farm - stated value
AAA - stated value

I will keep calling every insurer under the sun to confirm but thus far it is either stated value/run the risk or have a garage queen for classic insurers.
