Newer style Master Cylinders on 71/72 systems

Folks,

How many of you have transferred a newer master cylinder to the 71/72 brake system? I am looking at styles like the later 80's with plastic lid or newer with the screw on lids. Maybe I am not giving the search engine the "word" it needs but, a lot of stuff on the squarebodies, not much on the 71/72's.

Reason I ask is that the aftermarket masters are a coin flip if they are going to seal or not through the lid.

Power Brake set up.

Thoughts?
