It is a wonderful motor. I am really glad that I took the time to do things right and use good parts.
The motor is smooth. There is a nice lope to at idle and it is pretty stout. I'm not much for "break in rules" so I've jumped on the skinny pedal a couple of times up to about 3/4 throttle. It will burn the tires as long as you keep your foot down. I am guessing that it will be very happy when I swap the rear end for the Dana 60 with 3.54 gears. The 4.57 or whatever is in it now revs too high and the tires boil pretty easily.
So far, I am very happy.
