Some bench seats have a bolt you can tighten up to allow more lean back.
Personally I love the suspension bench seats as they have the support I like, and lean back that is more comfy. Plus you can order them in custom width to match your trucks real interior width better. They are only slightly more expensive then rebuilding a typical bench.
