For the driver's side, I had to drill a hole into the cab. On the passenger side, I just used the radio antenna hole.

I thought about getting two more floor lamps, but just the pair I have lights up the floor nicely. I'm not even using LED bulbs

The door switch harness plugs in between the harness for the dome lamp, so the dome and floor lamps turn on whenever the doors are open or when the dash switch is turned on.

The last two pics show the before and after. Well worth drilling more holes in my cab
