To get results you have to first get 'return' approval, package the item for transit (you saved that box right?), ship it to them & wait for their diag crossing your fingers the issue is properly ID'd. Not fully sure. I thought about a BE COOL radiator if this goes south. But maybe I should take a look at local instead...
